Henri Bouiller

COO/SEO

Henri Bouiller is a French citizen. He has been appointed Senior Executive Officer starting March 2023 of MMK Capital Ltd (today Citium Weatlh MENA Ltd). After the change of control and the embarkment of the firm in a new journey, Henri was appointed as COO in addition to his SEO role, seconding the CEO in his functions. Henri has been assuming the role of Director Governance and Risk at Saradar Bank (Beirut, Lebanon) since July 2021. He has previously been the Head of Risk Management for 11 years at the same institution. Prior to that, Henri progressed in Audit Firms for 8 years, mainly with Ernst & Young Paris.

Henri holds a Civil Engineering diploma in addition to a MBA from the Ecole Superieure des Affaires in Beirut (twinned to HEC and ESCP french business schools).

Gene Moldavsky

Head of Corporate Finance

Gene Moldavsky boasts 30 years of diverse expertise spanning strategic consulting, IT investment banking, digital assets and venture capital. Beginning his career at Accenture in the US and subsequently at PwC, he transitioned into investment banking roles.

As a Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) banker, Gene excelled at Renaissance Capital, UBS, and Alfa Bank, contributing to capital raising and M&A deals totaling over $25 billion. At Alfa Bank, he held the position of Head of Corporate Finance, overseeing M&A, ECM, and DCM bankers, and served on various committees before departing in 2011.

Throughout his career, Gene founded and successfully exited multiple startups in digital health, AgTech, and digital assets. Currently, he serves as the founder and CEO of Rubicon Digital, a UK-based digital assets broker and custodian, and acts as founder and advisor to ETC Group, a UK-based digital assets ETF/ETP issuer with a significant presence on Deutsche Borse, boasting assets under management of approximately $1.3 billion as of February 2024.

Gene graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University and the London School of Economics (LSE), holding double degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS). Additionally, he completed the Oxford Blockchain Program in 2018 and continues to pursue AI courses in 2024.

Lana Borozna

Head of Wealth Management

With over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and Investment Solutions,  Lana Borozna is an experienced professional, a UK Chartered Fellow (Chartered FCSI), and regulated by UK and Jersey Financial Authorities. Lana has joined Citium Wealth, Dubai to lead the firm’s private wealth management proposition. Before joining Citium Wealth, Lana held a number of senior positions in Swiss and UK Private Banks. Before joining Citium, she led a Wealth Management team at CBH Asset Management out of London, a part of a Swiss-based Private Banking group. Earlier on, she was an Executive Director at Bank J. Safra Sarasin and Barclays Private Bank, advising and working with a diverse group of private clients, family offices and external asset managers.

Earlier in her career, Svetlana was in the Wealth Management industry in her capacity as an Investment Manager at Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P) out of London, one of the largest UK Multi-Family offices and Asset Managers (currently Stonehage Fleming). At FF&P, Lana was a member of the Asset Management team, co-managing a Global Property Fund of Funds and several segregated client accounts, and was responsible for the European Growth Investment Program.

Lana holds a level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Managementis from the UK Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI); an MSc in Real Estate Investment from CASS City Business School, London; an MBA from the University of Westminster, London; and a BA in Business Management and Economics from Webster University, Vienna.

Dmitry Leonov

Head of Back-Office

Dmitry Leonov is a qualified Back-Office manager with 15 years of experience in investment firms covering a wide range of Operations functionality – from corporate actions and trade settlement to regulatory reporting. Before joining Citium Wealth MENA, Dmitry managed Back-Offices of regulated investment and management companies for 6 years in Cyprus working at Citium Wealth CY, Atonline, GPB FS.
Earlier in his career he was a Head of Custody at Sova Capital responsible for income distribution and corporate actions. Dmitry holds diploma in Economics as well as UK Financial Regulation and Cysec advance certificates.

Maxim Pivkin

Vice-President Corporate Finance

Max is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in M&A, business development, and investment analysis, specializing in the digital sector. Before joining Citium as a VP in the Corporate Finance Practice, he served as Head of Business Development at Yango Delivery, where he managed the global sales function across 10+ countries. Previously, as Investment Director at Playrix, Max led numerous M&A deals that contributed to the company’s rise as the world’s largest mobile-game developer, and also managed investments at the founders’ family office. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 firm, working on high-profile transactions. Max is a CFA charterholder with a strong foundation in corporate finance and valuation and holds a degree in International Business Relations.

Roman Tronin

Investment Manager

Roman Tronin brings over 13 years of experience in trading bonds, FX, and derivatives at leading global sell-side institutions. He began his career at Citi in 2011 as an equity analyst and transitioned to the fixed income and derivatives trading team in 2012, where he focused on trading Russian government and corporate bonds, as well as interest rate and cross-currency swaps.

In 2014, Mr. Roman Tronin joined Renaissance Capital as a senior trader in fixed income, concentrating on market-making of Russian bonds. He later expanded his expertise to trading Eurobonds across various CEEMEA countries, including Russia & CIS, Brazil, Mexico, and Africa.

In 2016, Mr. Roman Tronin moved to Societe Generale group (PJSC Rosbank) as the head of the fixed income desk, where he primarily served international clients. By 2021, he was promoted to head of trading, overseeing a comprehensive range of market products including bonds, derivatives, FX, CDS, and commodities.

Mr. Roman Tronin has consistently demonstrated his prowess as a successful trader, achieving outstanding financial results throughout his career, even during challenging market conditions. He holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Science and Technology MISiS and is certified with FFMS Certificates 1.0 and 5.0 in Russia, as well as the CySEC Advanced Certificate in Cyprus.
